Compact and perfectly formed in the UK, the F500SP is the smallest loudspeaker in the UK built Special Production series. Heralding from the award-winning F500, the SP version adds a unique Special Production IsoFlare driver, tuned crossover and premium BassTrax port system, all derived from the prestigious F700 series. This stand-mount loudspeaker’s 6” (150mm) SP IsoFlare driver delivers full-range, point source reproduction across the entire audio spectrum for outstanding detail and class-leading imaging. The multi-fibre cone has exceptional bass reproduction thanks to its innovative twin-magnet motor system and FyneFlute roll surround that reduces cone resonances at the driver termination. The LF output is channeled through a downfiring port onto Fyne’s premium BassTrax Tractrix diffuser system, giving a smooth bass response and easy room integration.

The Special Production F501SP is a UK built version of the award-winning F501 loudspeaker. Building on the outstanding sonic performance and aesthetics of the original model, the F501SP benefits extensively from technology developed for the premium F700 Series. The IsoFlare point source driver uses a 150mm (6”) multi-fibre bass / midrange cone with FyneFlute surround, coupled with the 25mm magnesium dome compression tweeter. With an upgraded crossover to seamlessly integrate the drivers with the F501 cabinet, the SP adds Fyne’s signature aluminium sandwich plinth to enhance stability and further refine the BassTrax downward firing porting system.

Improving on the F502, the UK built SP edition uses the premium 200mm (8″) IsoFlare^TM driver and 200mm (8″) bass/mid driver from the F702, featuring rigid multi-fibre cones and FyneFlute^TM roll surrounds. The IsoFlare’s 25mm magnesium compression tweeter has a unique HF wave guide pole piece delivering an incredibly even, full-range frequency response and outstanding Hi-Fi musical imaging. The F502SP also benefits from the F700’s advanced crossover components and aluminium sandwich type plinth with BassTrax tractrix profile bass diffuser, re-engineered to precisely tune the F502SP’s more compact cabinet.

Designed for the F500SP, the FS6 stand ensures optimum support for any small footprint compact loudspeaker. The heavy steel top plate is the perfect fit for the F500SP but remains wide enough for a number of standmount loudspeakers to take advantage of the FS6 stand design and benefits. The contoured central column is extruded from heavy gauge aluminium and can be further mass loaded to improve damping. Chunky aluminium plate lower plinth takes its design cues from the F500 SP floorstanding models, integrating top adjustable spikes, knurled lock rings and machined aluminium cups to protect hard floors.
